Return & Refund Policy

At High Tech Water Sports, we proudly stand behind the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. Our goal is to make the return process as simple as possible.


Standard Return Policy – 14 Days

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

Please contact us at sales@hightechwatersports.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to process your return.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in “Like New” condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.

  • Returns that arrive with signs of use, wear, or damage due to improper repacking will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives in acceptable condition.

Fees:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund (minus any applicable fees such as return shipping & restocking fees) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please do the following on the day of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage.

  2. Email sales@hightechwatersports.com with the images and your order number.

  3. Note any visible damage when signing for delivery, if applicable. If item is severely damaged, please refuse delivery of it.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.

Important: Keep all original packaging and materials. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items damaged after use are not refundable unless covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, because we work quickly to process orders, cancellations are only allowed before your order is processed (i.e., once inventory is confirmed and payment is processed).

  • If you wish to cancel, please email sales@hightechwatersports.com as soon as possible.

  • Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our 14-Day Return Policy, including any applicable shipping and restocking fees.

We recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as final sale, used, or certified pre-owned are not eligible for return.

  • Custom-made, special order, or assembled-to-order items may be non-returnable depending on the supplier. Please check the product page for any exceptions.

  • Items purchased for temporary use, such as for trade shows, events, rentals, or promotional purposes, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


Vendor-Specific Return Policies

Certain suppliers may have unique return restrictions. If a product does not qualify under our standard policy, this will be noted on the product page or communicated during the order process.
