Shipping

At High Tech Water Sports, we’re committed to fast and reliable delivery — and keeping things simple for our customers.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).


Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized.

We then verify product availability:

  • If the item is in stock, your payment and order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the authorization and contact you to offer alternative options.


Order Shipment

  • Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days of placing your order.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at sales@hightechwatersports.com to check your order status.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on the product, location, and shipping method. Most products are delivered within 3–7 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Please note:

  • Some large or oversized items may ship via freight carriers and require appointment scheduling for delivery.

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.


International Orders

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • Our products are designed for the U.S. market and use 110V electrical systems. They may not comply with foreign electrical standards or certifications.

  • If you're outside the continental U.S. and would like a shipping quote, please contact us at sales@hightechwatersports.com with the product(s) you’re interested in and your shipping address.

  • We will send a custom shipping quote and provide secure order instructions if you wish to proceed.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If the damage is significant, refuse the delivery and contact us right away.

  • If you accept delivery, take clear photos of any damage to the packaging and the item(s) inside and contact us immediately.

To report a damaged item:

  1. Email sales@hightechwatersports.com with your order number and photos of the damage to submit a damage claim and initiate the exchange process.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product in the condition you expected.
